Integrity in our workplace at G.SYNERGY TAX comes in many forms, but above all it means doing our job per the written regulations defined by CRA, CPA, WCT, and the Ministry of Finance. We, as a team, must also abide by the WCB rules, accounting standards, and the CPA code of ethics; ultimately applying each of these standards and codes to all our client’s transactions and bookkeeping. This means having appropriate backup to support all claims. Bottomline we must follow all the rules, regulations and procedures as set out by our profession, and make sure our clients understand the risks if these rules are not followed.

We as a company define it as: doing the right thing (through your words, actions, and beliefs) even when no one is watching. The purest form of integrity means to be respectful and understanding of other’s time, work, and efforts. Having a high degree of integrity at our workplace means that each employee is: trustworthy, reliable, practices open and honest communication and is responsible for their actions.
